The annual play hide -and-seek. Three days fun for the entire Court. During three days slaves have too hide themselves and Me, My maidens and priestesses do our very best to find them, using Hawks trained to locate humans.
This year 72 court-slaves participated. (I need the other 72 to serve Me)
The game is simple: the slave who is found first, scores 1 point, and he who is found as the last one scores 72 points. We play 3 times the same game, in 3 days.
At the end of the third day, points are added up and an arrangment is made out.
This evening Me and My female courtiers and the slaves celebrated the result of the hawking during a banquet and - as a matter of fact - the presentation of the prizes. (or a kind of punishment for some). There is a surprise for every slave!
This year the last slave received a fantastic prize: he will serve 144 days, dressed in women' clothes. The first slave wins a boat trip on the Nyle, for 1 week, and he will be served like a king!
No wonder that all My slaves are looking forwark to the next hawking.
